I have lower abdominal pain. Usually feelling like my lower intestines are full. My Ob/gyn said that a test came back abnormal. What does it mean

You would really need to ask your Ob/Gy what test was done that came out abnormal to get to a releveant diagnosis, your symptoms are not specific enough to get to a diagnosis
