in a custody evaluation determined that the father

Sent to Health Experts January 08 10:27 AM

In 2003 a Custody Evaluation determined that the father alienates the children from the mother, that the mother's axis I symptoms also alienates them and that both parents are responsible for ending the alienation. Custody awarded 65:35 Mom:Dad; the mother's task was mandatory evaluation for meds, done, now on wellbutrin. The father's task was voluntary therapy, done, two years later Dad has motioned for full custody stating the boys don't want to live with Mom because she drinks and has mood swings, probably bipolar or psychotic. Affidavits to court for Mom include Pscyh MD prescribing Wellbutrin state that's absurd. Mom is looking for a local MD Psych who can evaluate Mom and testify that Mom's contribution ended but Dad's continued to alienate so no surprise that two years later he's applied for full custody on false accusations. Can you recommend a local expert?

You did not give your location, but I can tell you that you will need a FORENSIC Psychologist, as they are fully trained in custody determination, evaluation, and expert testimony in custody disputes. Ask your attorney if there is a Forensic Psychologist that could be retained in your area. This is your best option for the type of expertise you need.
