I have been having dizzy spells when I tilt my head back, forward, or when looking up. I am also dizzy when I am lying down. I don't have a cough, cold, or ear problems. Could you please tell me what might be causing this? This has been going on for about a week.   I am a 49 year old female. THANK YOU!!
