my son has had stomach cramps for about one and a half weeks now off and on. i think he is better then he says he is feeling ill again.he also has had diarea no one else in the home is sick and he has had his appendix removed.i keep thinking it is the flu but it comes and goes.if it not the flu could it be a spider bite?
what symptoms would i look for.no temp either

viral illnesses can be mild and wax and wane like you describe. With no fevers and only intermittant symptoms I would suggest supportive care such ah hydration and BRAT diet
