I have moderate to severe numbness in my hands, arms and shoulders several times a day, sometimes to the point when I can not feel them at all. I have also had severely watery bowl movements lasting several days at a time for the last few months. my legs and feet sometimes are extremely stiff and I have a hard time walking.

Hi,

Some of the symptoms you are describing looks like also can be seen in Multiple Sclerosis . So my suggestion is to see a physician and have some test done like MRI of the head and spinal cord,EVOKED POTENTIALS etc. to rule out Multple Sclerosis.
Sometimes you can see similar symptoms in Vitamin Deficiency and Stress.

thank you very much that is what I thought you might say. I was looking up MS last night and that is what it sounded like to me too.... I take multivitamins everyday and have for the last several months and stress is also a certain.
