Allegeric reaction to cellulose

I have had an allegeric reaction to cellulose, last Saturday my husband and I had blown cellulose in our house, and I was the one loading it into the hopper. I would assume that some of the cellulose was inhaled, because ever since Saturday I have been sick and at the er twice. My symptoms, that I have are headaches, sleepy, nervous, sore and raw throat, nose hurting: when breathing in, chest pain. Do you have any advice for me on this picticular situation?
