What would cause me to be dizzy and have a bad headache for 4 days?? Ear or sinus

Advil, hot showers,nose spray

It could honestly be either as they can both cause dizziness and headaches. It is more common for it to be associated with sinuses and both of those symptoms but since you have been experiencing this for 4 days it is best to have them do a full examination to determine the best course of treatment as headaches are more related to sinuses but dizziness can come from either the ear being infected or the sinuses.
