ACCEPTED Check Mark

Inflammation of the colon may cause pain in your lower right abdomen. The pain of appendicitis may also spread to the lower right abdomen.

If the pain is getting worse and worse, then it could be appendicitis related. For that you may want to get checked.
But since you have not eaten much along with your period. It may be related to the colon. Stress can do more harm to our bodies and with you not eating correctly and not sleeping doesn't help. The stress can also effect your period too (in your case brought it on early) You don't have any waste going through your intestines etc.. So at this point try to relax and eat some bland foods, such as rice, toast, jello, chicken soap. (stay away from soda pop, caffeine, greasy fried foods etc) and allow your stomach etc to process some foods. Eat small amounts.. You may all want to take a stomach acid reducer, your stomach produces acid when one hasn't eaten as well.

Here is a link below for appendicitis, just read it over to make sure you don't have any other symptoms for it, just in case. If you do, then do be seen. Other wise go with the above and you should start to feel better.

Appendicitis

Hope this helps Hun, If you need anything else please feel free to ask.
