hi i was told that i have beta hemolytic streptococcus group b, by my doctor. he also told me it was something that my boyfriend would have to be treated for as well. so we went to his doctor i guess it was only found in woman so he didn't have to get tested. apparently my doctor has no idea what he is talking about i have been asking many people what this is exactly and no one seems to know could you please help me out?. i wanted to know how does one get this? and what is it and is there anything i should know about the symptoms and causes?

i was told by a dr. that my sister works for that it was i got preg. and something that was in my boyfriends sperm got into the fetus and killed it. so now tha fluids are flowing out from the fetus. is this true could it be? or is it something else? from what i know i wasn't preg. i was late a couple times on my period and i'm on birth control but a lot of times i'll admit i miss days so i'm not exactly sure what to think about it could you please help?
