i took my 3 year old son to the doctors and they told ...

i took my 3 year old son to the doctors and they told me he had gastroenteritis its been 3 to 4 days now and my son still wont eat i been trying to make him eat but he just wont do it....today he had alittle bit of bacon and thats all. His eyes dont look right...is there somthing else wrong with himthats the doctor didnt see?
