Symptoms of HPV (genital warts) are: raised, flesh colored lesions on the genitals, anus or surrounding area; cauliflower-like appearing growths around the anus or genital area.; increased dampness or moisture in the area of the growths; itching in the pelvic area or anal area; increased vaginal discharge and possibly abnormal vaginal bleeding (not associated with period).

Often there are no symptoms at all.

If this sounds like something you have, it MUST be treated by a doctor. It can not be treated over the counter. A doctor correctly diagnose whether you have this other something else, but anyone with the symptoms you mentioned above should definitely be treated by a doctor.
