I'm having a slight tightness just behind my ear on my left side of the head - it feels like a lingering "krick" in the neck, except higher than my neck. This symptom has been going on since before Christmas 2005. I also would like to add that I've been having some strange symptoms in my left eye - like loosing my sight suddenly for just about a minute or two, then having it returning - this has only happenend about twice, with the last time in November. No eye pain associated with this blindness. I also add that I've had problems with this left eye previously - beginning in 1985 with a blindness occurring slowly over about a two-three week period, and then fading away. The blindness never covered my entire vision area - it was as if someone had take a photo with a flash, and the after-image of the flash remained, and grew in area coverage - causing a dark-grey blinding area in my vision. These symptons remained on and off from 1985 - 1989, then I never really noticed it anymore. I was under physicians and specialists examinations during that time - going through many tests, including MRI's, and CAT scans, and many dye tests. Nothing was ever determined.
My main question is: could this now be some type of aneurysm, or a tumor?
