I have a lump under my skin midway between my shoulder and neck. I first noticed it about a year ago, and it has more than doubled in size since then. It measures about 3 fingers wide and I am unsure how far inward it protrudes. It is not painful, and it does not move when I press it. I can't think of any other symptoms other than weight gain and frequent urination. Is this something I should be concerned about? I have just assumed it is one of those things we get as we get older, but my husband has noticed its growth. What do you think?
