What are the symptoms of a blood clot in the pelvic area?

Have recently noticed a red line from the bed of the big toe nail on each foot that is lengthening up the top of the feet towards the ankle. Also a strange feeling in the pelvic area slightly above and to the right of the pubic area. Almost like vibration or trembling. First thought was that my phone was vibrating in the front pocket.
