I noticed two small bumps on top of my left foot, I visited the doctor and he told me it was arthritis. What's worrying me is that I've noticed some veins are starting to pop up and I've been getting cramps on my leg, and my big toe starts numbing. I've had this throbbing pain for two weeks now is this normal.

Optional Information:
Female

Already Tried:
some inflamation & pain reliever medicaiton the doctor prescribed, but i still have alot a pain even after I take the pills.

Are these symptoms anywhere near your toes. And is the pain severe and radiating. Burning sensation? Does the pain get better without shoes or when not walking.

regards

The symptoms are not near my toes, further up. I feel alot better when I don't wear shoes. If I stand for long time or if I'm wearing shoes that rub me against where the bumps are it really hurts. Yes it does feel like a burning sensation, and the pain is severe and radiating.

What do you recommend I take, or do?

It sounds very much like Morton's Neuroma. It is caused by a nerve between your toes. I have attached a link for you to read. I believe that this will confirm your symptoms.

You will need to see a podiatrist for assistance. Pain is less when off your feet or not wearing shoes.
