My name is Deborah and i am 55 years old.
I have already like 1 year and several months that my nails are very breakable and have vertical stripes all along the nails, and one of the nails in the little finger is almost white till the middle of the nail and instead of curving down the nail it tends to curve up. They are also very dry.

You should assess whether your diet includes enough iron rich foods, but do not go out and start taking iron supplements without the recommendation of a doctor.
