You've checked to make sure she didn't get into anything like medicine, alcohol, and there are no drugs present? Everything she has eaten has been ok and cooked well? And she doesn't have any swelling, drooling, or whelps on her (like a possible spider bite)?
If all this is negative...then I would have her checked by a doctor for ear infection. Often, it can take days or weeks for conclusive symptoms to appear, while the child will be listless, may tug at an ear or ears, there will be pain, possibly the child will appear like they have loss of balance, may or may not have fever, and be generally unhappy or worse.
Until you see the doctor, try a proper dosage of a 'Tylenol' type product and try to get her to point to whatever hurts if she can.
Let me know if you need further assistance with this.
Good Luck! Please remember to click 'ACCEPT' if I answered your question ...and/or... provide more details. Bonuses and feedback are greatly appreciated.
