I have symptoms of panic/anxiety disorder , they come & go through out the day I just started paxil again, if I were to have something like a lung clot or something serious would these symptoms just come & go or would it stay persistent & get worse?

If it were something else the symptoms would be consistent. If it were a lung clot it would get steadily worse. If you aren't sure, by all means get to the ER to be checked.
