sinus infection, how long it last what are the common symptoms, i have heavyness in my ears nose and throat my right ear is heavy like i am in airplane

Common symptoms would be headache, especially across the forehead and around the eyes, green nasal discharge, fever, sometimes cough and sore throat. This condition needs treatment with antibiotics, and it can last for several weeks if not promptly treated.
