I been dealing with certain symptoms for about 6 years.

I been dealing with certain symptoms for about 6 years. Can you help?I have this call it what you will but Certain times I get this sensation of pinch nerve/cramp/un mobile use of my muscle in my legs for a period of 3 days straight or so.I have to sit up all day and sleep sitting up all night untill I am able to move with out pain shooting through the leg or it cramping up . then i am able to function normally. This movement is after I indure the pain of the cramps and pain shooting up . Doctors i have seen don't know what it is. Can you guys help?
