I was traveling by plane and sudleny I had a
sharp pain above my right eye which left my
ear and gum acking, which has been two days
ago.

These are the exact symptoms I get when I have a sinus infection. Very painful...especially when brought on by the pressure change of airplane travel! You need a decongestant...and probably a trip to the doctor for antibiotics.
