I am getting a headache in the left lower portion of my head after ejacualtion. This is something that has just happened since last week. I am 42 and in good health, but I am concerned because I have never had this problem before. Should I be concerned and set an appointment with my doctor or should I just wait this thing out of the next couple of weeks. The headaches persist anywhere between 5 minutes to 4 hours after ejaculation and I have no other symptoms or problems.

It could be corresponding with the force of ejaculation and causing the headache, but if it only occurs upon ejaculation and this is new for you and you are not prone to headaches, if your physician is hard to get in to see then I would go ahead and monitor this for now while going ahead and setting an appointment so you don't wait even longer should it not subside. If you are not prone to headaches it is always best to have new symptoms such as this checked out if they persist.
