It could be corresponding with the force of ejaculation and causing the headache, but if it only occurs upon ejaculation and this is new for you and you are not prone to headaches, if your physician is hard to get in to see then I would go ahead and monitor this for now while going ahead and setting an appointment so you don't wait even longer should it not subside. If you are not prone to headaches it is always best to have new symptoms such as this checked out if they persist.
