Hello

I belive this may be as simple as getting more Potassium and Magnesium in your diet. Be sure you are drinking a lot of water when exercising. When you sweat a lot you lose essential electrolytes from your body. Salt and Calcium are two other things you risk getting deficient in.

I suggest trying gatorade when you are working out to see if that doesn't help your pain and numbness.

This is a possible side effect of birth control pills. And if it happens more when you have been driving, you may be getting small blood clots in your legs.

I highly suggest you see your doctor about these symptoms soon.
