Reply to Deborah's Post: I am depresses I feel only because I have been sick for over 6 months now. I have been given b12 blood shots and Have pain medicine to help with the pain I just need to know and understand what is going on with me so I can begin to heal. They have ruled out MS with several MRI's and cancer with a bone scan.
My while blood cells are around 2 and My B12 is 60 points below low normal. Nothing they have tried has helped, and every test comes up negative. with the exception on a ANA test the first came back positive the second negative.

And to be honest I spend so much on doctors now I can afford to spend any more. My meds alone are over $700 a month.

The reason I asked is besides is because depression has now been found to cause pain:

I would discuss this with your doctor to see if any of your symptoms resolve.

Some doctors never even consider asking a patient if they are depressed, it is worth consideration. Many patient when treated with antidepressants hav resolution of their fatigue, joint aches, etc.
