I have been diagnosed with having fibroids, but they are realatively small ones though, but they have caused me some problems (heavy bleeding, anemia, pain). My question is this, could they also the cause of bleeding or spotting after or even during intercourse?

Absolutely. Fibroids can not only cause the symptoms that you have experienced with anemia, heavy bleeding and pain, but can also cause bleeding and spotting after and during intercourse, as well as pain and discomfort with intercourse.
