Hi. I frequently get what feels like trapped gas or chest pain that is in the middle of my chest. It is a very bad stabbing pain that goes through to my back. Sometimes I will also have abdominal cramping with this. I do seem to be constipated quite often and the pain does go away some if I pass gas. I also feel fatigued a lot and just don't seem to have very much energy most of the time. Also in the past month or so I have gotten headaches with nausea and vomiting on 2 or 3 occasions that come very quickly with no apparent warnings or signs. Another thing I have noticed is that when I get the chest/back pain or when I have the nausea and vomiting, my saliva seems to change consistency. Do you have any idea what might be causing all of these symptoms? I am a 33-year-old white female and I have had no medical conditions in the past.

This sounds as though it could be related to your gallbladder, it could possibly be related to an ulcer as well but sounds more related to the gallbladder which will cause these type of symptoms with a gallbladder attack. It could also be acid reflux but you should see your physician to have all of the above checked out. I would relate it most to gallbladder attacks so make an appointment with your physician for further evaluation.
