It's not one of the symptoms mentioned as a tell-tale sign. It is possible to have sores related to your UTI, especially with the extreme nature of your infection. With the pus that it present in your urine, some of it may continue to stay on your skin, clogging and infecting the pores.

To help relieve some of the discomfort from the bumps, you can use wipes with witch-hazel on them when you wipe.

If after you finish the prescribed meds your sores have not disappeared, make an appointment with your physician to have a gynecological exam done to ensure the sores do not require a different treatment.
