I am undiagnosed and I would like to know what could these symptoms be

Sent to Health Experts May 09 11:39 PM

I have been having problems with tremors, muscle twitching, loss of balance, trouble with swallowing, constant pain all over, vertigo, muscle weakness and stiffness on the left side of neck. I did not have an injury in any accident. There was an episode where I had sharp pain go from the neck down to the back down my left leg my left foot has lost some feeling I also have trouble with tingling sensation in different areas my left side is weak I had an mri, eeg, cat scan they are all normal. I had an mri done on my spine and there are three very mild bulges in C2-3 and one in the lower back I think it is L7. I have been going to a neurologist to figure out whats wrong and have no answer He sent me to a specialist for fibromyalgia she said she thinks its more than that because of the tremors. I am now starting gabapentin and sinemet I hate gabapentin its not working for the pain and it makes me feel extremely drunk. The sinemet is for the shaking but its not stopping that completely. The twitches have calmed down some but I still shake. Typing this paragraph would take me no time to do but this has taken me quite some time. This is so frustrating I cant stand more than 45 ,inute and cant sit for more than 30 minutes, because of the pain. I have tremors even at relaxation. This has causded me to be extremely depressed I have a lot of crying spells because I am tired of not knowing whats wrong and why cant this stop. It has gotten worse. The episode where the pain started was five months ago I havent been back to work. I have had trouble with vertigo for as long as I can remember along with tingling and numbnesss all over like arms legs hands feet on my face my nose is numb at the end, tingling on my scalp, my train of thought is bad and my toes on my left foot have lost feeling for five months now its strange but I figure a doctor would be able to figure out whats up with this they checked me for ms which the mri came out negative I was epoleptic as a child and grew out of it by age 9. The eeg came back normal too. I am a 36 yeaer old female. I also had a complete hysterectomy and had my gall bladder removed. I just would like some ideas as to know what I can ask my doctor what is wrong with me, what has these symptoms. Why won't this stop. What is this. symptom:trouble with speaking sometimes, coordination clumsy, trouble holding things over 3lbs with right hand cant hold things in left hand its weak left legs is weak, fatigue, was told had cfs in 2000,jerking in legs and body, twiches of the muscles all over including face, hard to swallow, sharp pain inshoulders neck back hips arms and legs and face hurt hands and feet hurtfrequent urination migraines for as long asi can remember, trouble with sleep, temor, extra heart beat, depression from all this, dizzy vertigo, cant think straight numbess tingling cant stand alot of noiise problems with balancefaint colors problems with thoughts concentrating.
