have a rash, had for over a month now thought at fist ...

have a rash, had for over a month now thought at fist scabbies how ever in hair line and threw out the body. Some temp. they itch an become very painfull before they blister tried scabbies treatment twice unseccseful. Went on predison started going awaybut came back. Started again on longer does yet they aren't leaving.MAY NOT BE RELATED BUT THE STERIOD START MIGRAINS, Stomach so torn up on promethazane.and lortabs 5 for migrans. Been also having chest pain. Mentally I am not able to rationallize,(ex. enven adding numbers, can't remember appointments, spelling is awful. It didn't us to be

I am sorry to hear about your problems
Given the fact that you have a steroid responsive rash and symptoms involving multiple systems I would be concerned abou the possibility of an inflammatory / immune related disorder like Lupus/ other collagen vascular diseases/ a vasculitis (blood vessel inflammation)
This would require a detailed evaluation by a specialist and possibly referral as indicated to a superspecialist if my hunch is correct,
