i was really worried because the guy i had sex with 4 weeks ago was sick a week ago and now im sick with a little cold but he sayys his tonsils are still swollen but no fever he said he had a cogh could this be hiv symptoms im really worried really

First of all there is no way to know for sure if someone else has HIV without testing.

Generally the first symptoms of HIV include; fever, rash, headache, loss of appetite, flu like symptoms. So going by just those symptoms chances are no. Plus it would take "months" for you to develop symptoms if not possible years to get the early stage symptoms of HIV. So do be careful in the future.
