I feel pressure inside my right ear which is accompanied with a constant ringing inside the ear. I think the pressure might be caused by earwax congestion. Is the pressure and ringing related? I've used ear drops meant to clean earwax out of the ear a few times, but the pressure remains. Is there another method to relieve the pressure? Could there be another cause for the pressure?

I feel that there is every reason to believe that the pressure and ringing are related and NOT due to ear wax...
it seems to be that you are suffering from TINNITUS.

Reply to Gaurav Gupta's Post: These symptoms started after a night when I did notice that I had a large amount of earwax buildup in my right ear. So much that it was affecting my hearing (it felt like I had water in my ear). I cleaned out my ear with q-tips but the it never felt cleaned out and the pressure remained. A few days later the ringing started. I'm worried that it is actually earwax causing the pressure that I pushed into my ear by mistake.

The history that you have given still does not explain the ringing sound in the ear. That is usually a symptom of inner ear problem (not related to ear wax). I would definitely urge you to get an early ENT opinion,
