My question is why is the right side of my nose

My question is why is the right side of my nose constantly feeling wet but at the same time when it drys up into a crust around the inner wall of the nose, it feel very sore when I try to clean if off. Again when I clean off the crust it comes back again. Oh and when I get up in the morning my nose have alot of crust again. This has been happening for more then a month and I know for sure thats its not mucus
