I am here to ask alot of questions. i will start with..how do you tell if you are getting liver damage. I took three or four overdoses of tylonol, i just wanted to see what would happen, and now i have been so tired that I cant stay awake after having more than 12 hour rest at night, I am worried. My next question is how do I tell if i have a mental problem. I have convinced myself that i do, i think too much about things that i dont believe need to be thaught about. I think i may be depressed, but i dont think depression would do this to me. I know i have a desier to hurt myself, and i never want to eat. i do not know why, i just do, and if i were to tell my parents, they would kill me. i would be disowned. i could never tell them. I would rather kill myself before i told them. One more question, how can i help myself, if i need it. Or maybe im just thinking i have got a problem and i really dont. I convince myself so many different ways like that. please wright back asap. i really think i need help
