ok i have a area on the side of my penius under the head ( i am crucumsized) and it is slightly red and it looks like there are small cuts on in it is only on one side of my penius i have had the same sex partern for the last 2 yrs and i dont know what this is it does not burn or itch it only hurts if i rub against it the skin is dry around this area i have no burning when i pee nor anyother symptoms ? what could this be and how can i treat it?
