I am having pains in my stomach. Somethimes it is just one side, othertimes it is all over. I want to eat, but once I start I take a few bites and then feel full and a little nausous. I am having trouble sleeping because the pain is bad. I also feel nausous throughout the day. I am also feeling a little extra tired lately. I know that I am not pregnant, and others have said that it may be an ulcer. I have had precancerous cells removed in the past, I am not sure if it is related.
