My friend, a girl recently broke out in a strange rash. She developed blueish skin blotches on her lower back, buttocks, and legs (roughly the size of a pencil eraser). The sort of resembled serious acne, but they were hard and deeply inplanted in the muscle, and didn't erupt or expel any infected material. These blotches come on the coatails of having flu like symptoms (last month), and another outbreak of painful joints and low energy, with the most recent bout of blotches and flu like symptoms coming after a recent return from a trip to Berlin, Germany. What are the possibilities here. I recently discovered that she had worked as a "Call Girl" for several months. I think I know what you're going to say. Thanks Scott
