I am a 36 year old male, live in Ohio, am a non-smoker / occassional drinker and try to live healthy. On May 4,2006 I began having the following symptoms: unbearable, constant headache, vertigo decreased to dizziness, blackout (for a few seconds) lose balance and fall (sometimes resulting in injury: stitches, black eyes, etc...), seeing spots sometimes, tunnel vision sometimes and some memory loss. These symptoms still persist today (6 weeks later). I have had numerous tests done (blood work, MRI, MRA, MRV, Lumbar Puncture, EKG, ears irrigated, eyes checked: all results are normal), seen a number of doctors and no one has any answers as to what is causing this. I have been told by my physical therapist (last week) that I am unable to return to work for at least 14 months. PLEASE HELP ME
