what dose it mean you have when you have a slight vagnial fishy smell?

i hav had a fishy smell that i can not seem to get rid of for about a week now but it is not very strong i am a very clean person when it comes to my body and i want to know where it came from and how to get rid of it and also how did it get there?

douch 3 times and cleaning by cuping my hand to push water and soap inside to flush out smell
