Question

in the past 6 to 8 weeks I've noticed a need to burp ...

in the past 6 to 8 weeks I've noticed a need to burp and not
just after meals. there is no pain invovled before or after.
I've also noticed a change in my stool ( smaller, darker and denser -- doesn't floot)
My wife thinks it's my gall bladder. If it continues I plan to see a gastroentrologist
but wondered if you might have seen these symptoms before and there causes
