My husband has been on methadone for years. His doctor has just gradually took him off of it to clean out his system. He is a diabetic. He is in so much pain right now and mentally fatigued. He has put him on marinol to help but has not. Are there any other suggestions that he could use to help the extreme pain in his feet?
