Last night I started to feel the need to move my bowels,when I got to the toilet and sat down I started to feel dizzy. I also started to have cold sweat and my vision and hearing was fading in and out. I couldnt "go" so I just sat on the toilet suffering. After about 15 minutes I felt the symptoms fading and soon after I felt fine. Whats going on?
