what symptoms would you experience if there was a slight gas leak?

I work in a kitchen with my husband and one other guy. The three of us have been getting sick but only when at work. We just discovered a small gas leak and was wondering if it was causing our symptoms or if we should be looking for some other explanation. We are fine away from there.
