ACCEPTED Check Mark

Your friend's symptoms are consistent with a seizure disorder -- perhaps brought on by fatigue. A blood sugar problem, such as diabetes, is also a possible explanation for the symptoms.

Here is the deal -- No matter what the cause is for your friend's symptoms:

1.) the symptoms are very serious

2.) it is impossible for you, me, or anyone else to figure out what your friend's problem is without a doctor's examination.

The best thing you can do for your friend is to insist that he see a doctor as soon as possible. These symptoms will not get better (and will very probably get worse) without diagnosis and proper treatment.
