Hello and Welcome to Just Answer.
As long as the discharge coming from the nipple is white, then you are fine. Don't squeeze the nipple, because the more you squeeze, the more that it will come out. This is kind of like the lactation discharge or a condition called galactorrhea which is simply a hormonal problem. If you will not squeeze on the nipple, then this will not persist. Some women will continue to squeeze, which makes it worse. If the discharge turns to yellow, green, or blackish discharge then you will need to have it checked. But you are fine with the white discharge. If you have anymore questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
