injury to nose & eye by the head of a dog

I was hit in the face by dogs face and I think my eye socket is fractured. My eye is black & blue and swollen. Every time I blow my nose my eye puffs out even more. When I apply the ice the swelling of eye goes down. It feels like there is air getting pushed into my eye. Does this sound like a fracture and in need of medical treatment. Or will the ice be sufficiant.
