I am expereincing extreme tiredness and lack of energy. When I wake up I feel great, and then by about 10:30 I am ready to go back to bed and stay there for the rest of the day. When I do have tiem to take a nap I fall into a deep sleep, dreams and all. I am also having lightheadness and diziness after bending over. Any suggestions as to where to start to help imporve this condition? And no- I am not preganant. Thanks! This is very strange for me as I am a very active and always on the go type of person.
