Are second pregnancy symptoms different from the first

I have one 1 1/2 year old. I have been off my birth control for 2 months now. I have some of the signs of being pregnant, ex. being tired, very emotional, headaches, not feeling right, food adversions, feeling like I will get sick. However I dont have many of the signs I had with my first one, swollen breast or strong smell. I should not start my period for another week but I wonder if the sypmtoms show that I am not?
