Hi I have had an elevated WBC for 2 months now ...

Hi I have had an elevated WBC for 2 months now consistently, I have a lot of bruising, bleeding of the gums, fatigue and severe muscle spasms. Could you give me an idea of what this could be. I work for a doctors office and my physcian is there but I don't feel she is taking my symptoms seriously and just want to hear from someone else what this could be. I feel awful but don't want to make appt. with a specialist for no reason.Thanks, Lilly
