Hello,

Muscles spasms and weakness, especially when it occurs all over the body is usually due to :

-Dehydration

--Calcium deficiency

- Electrolyte imbalance.

- Overexertion.

You can improve the water intake by at least 8-10 glasses a day. A glass of lemon juice ( a wedge of lemon squeezed in a glass of water with 1 pinch salt and 2 tablespoon sugar) taken twic daily will work wonders. You can also take the commercially available electrolyte sachets twice ddaily.

Milk can give you enough calcium. One 200 ml glass of skimmed milk contains approximately 400mg of calcium. An adult male needs about 1000 - 1200 mg per day. you can even take calcium tablets if they are more convenient.

Tablets like ibuprofen which is a painkiller will not help. Sincce your symptoms ar all over the body and not localised in one part, you will need to make an overall change fro relief.

I hope this helps.
