Insect bite looks like a bulls-eye or target. Painful to the touch about 2 inches in size, symptoms of fatigue, muscle aches, abdominal cramps, hot and cold flashes, headaches, numbing of feet and fingers, bite is approx. 2 1/2 days old. I am also light headed at times. I don't know what bit me. I feel more tired and flu-like. What could this be?

Sounds like Lymes Disease to me. You will need to get to the ER soon. It's better to be safe than sorry.
